Debra Ratcliffe opened the nursery in August 2003, with the support of her husband Dave Ratcliffe.
Debra runs the nursery alongside Catherine the nursery manager.

Catherine is the Manager of Holywell Child Care. She works along side the owner, over seeing the day to day running of the nursery.
Catherine has been with the company since it opened in August 2003.

Michelle has been at Holywell Child Care since we opened in August 2003. Michelle works in the baby unit and is also a deputy in Debra or Catherines absence.
